Led by Executive Chef Andy Arndt, Diablo is emerging as the East Bay’s premier private dining experience. All the elements of dining delight are now in place, founded on an incredible commitment to farm-to-table cuisine featuring organic and locally grown ingredients, and served up through daily specials and seasonal menus.

Our championship layout gently weaves players through scenic East Bay parkland at first, before opening into a vast natural area. Breathtaking views and vantage points abound, overseen by Mount Diablo.
All 18 holes blend together to evoke both the links-style play of the Scottish coast and Northern California’s own unique environment. Members enjoy a pure golf course, still classic in many ways, highlighted by fully modern enhancements.
THE NATION’S BEST COURSE RENOVATION
Diablo’s golf course was honored as the nation’s “2021 Renovation Of The Year” by Golf Inc. — and success has led to success. We’ve since been ranked #18 in the “Best Courses In California” list and a “50 Best In The West” course by GOLF Magazine, with both awards founded on our impeccable update.
Never settling for less than the absolute best, the commitment that led this renovation is also the DNA that has driven the Club’s newest enhancements — including a Pro Shop that tees up one of the finest retail experiences in the industry.
AN ONGOING COURTSHIP
Little-known fact: DCC “alum” Kristy Pigeon honed her game on our tennis courts before winning the Wimbledon’s Girls Singles title in 1968!
This all-out dedication to racquet sports continues, with a new Tennis Center serving as the welcoming rally point for players of all levels. Professional coaches lead tennis and pickleball programs featuring league play, tournaments, mixers, and camps, with USPTA instruction guiding year-round activities.

Our year-round pool facility is home to recreational swimmers, fitness-focused lap devotees, the award-winning Diablo Sharks Swim Team, and other family programs.
For those who prefer more “grounded” recreation, our Bocce Pavilion hosts new custom courts for socially engaging games, league play, and traditional tournaments…often enjoyed with a glass of wine or two.
BELONGING BEGINS HERE
For those of us fortunate enough to have found it, Diablo Country Club embodies a prestigious, festive, and ideal sense of belonging. This was the case over a century ago when visionaries founded this community, and this is the case today as we further refine a new era of membership.
